â« The greatest question facing the human race is not: When are you going to learn? but When are you going to act on what you have already learned ? »
â« By your touch, by your words, by your gaze, you can erase, in a single act of love, thousands of inferior acts. That is the key! »
(Messages from Isabelle - Lights from Beyond)
ââFrom the four corners of the Earth, human travelers leave daily, by the thousands, towards the land of Death. âFew of them lived on the mountains of sublimation, linked to ennobling duties. The majority are made up of smaller minds, struggling to obtain titles that enhance their personality. They failed to become fully-realized individuals. Very often, they have become accustomed to vices of all kinds, voluntarily continuing on the paths of unreason. Lost in the twists and turns of blind materialism, they believed that their memory would end in the grave.
â« (...) Millions of human beings, incarnate and disembodied, have their thoughts fixed in the lowest region of the lower impulses, absorbed by instinctive passions, by the remains of a debased past; others, in the same number, remain subject to the flesh, in disorderly activity, in aimless affective manifestations; still others stop in the beatitude posture of exclusive religious mysticism, without personal realizations of experience and merit that lead to authentic elevation. »
( Francisco CĂąndido Xavier, medium )
ââ« Man is the only one who can free himself from the greyness. He is the only one who can say: " I choose clarity, and I flee the shadow that awaits me to lead me towards illusion. »
â« In each of us there is a war going on. Every time you decide to behave well, there is something that pulls you and tells you to behave badly. Every time you set out to love, something pulls you back to try to push you to hate. Every time you set out to be good and say nice things about people, something pulls you back to make you jealous and envious and to spread ill-intentioned gossip about others.
âThe apostle Paul said:
"The good that I want to do, I don't do, and the bad that I don't want to do, I do."
Goethe seems to answer him:
"There is in me what makes both an honest man and a rogue."
â« We call 'the good' what creates positive affinities between you and the environment, the global Consciousness; everything that builds in Love. "Evil" isolates, separates, destroys through hatred, despite the appearances it gives itself. »
â« What does man on earth have more than other beings? The ability to do good or evil.
âTo be able to do good or evil, what is it?
âThe moral law is the thread found in the labyrinth. I feel the heat, I move forward, it's good; I feel cold, I step back, it's evil. God's affinity with my soul manifests itself in an ineffable hazy caress when I approach him. I think, I feel him close to me; I create, I feel it closer; I love, I feel him closer; I devote myself, I feel him even closer. »
By leaning into the pain of others, our gaze turns away from ourselves. And as we detach from our own suffering to involve ourselves in the sorrow of another, we realize, astonished and happy, that our own burden has been lightened accordingly.

Every being is connected to their inner Self, which is connected to God
Or whatever name we give Him..
Our double
 Our inner being
â« In you there are two characters, one terrestrial, stuck to matter, mired in its heaviness, and the other celestial, letting itself be carried by the light. The moment you conceive your two poles, you develop a yearning for unity and begin your quest for purity. But that's also where the trouble begins! In the innocence of unconsciousness you found a certain tranquility, operating in the same patterns for generations, fit to taste the pleasures of the flesh.
âHowever, as soon as your consciousness opens to greater lucidity, your thirst for clarity comes up against the shadows.
âIn the grip of an existential despair, your mind then plays huge tricks on you. You become the prey of grief, terrible doubts, loneliness and your impatience.
âWe are with you more than ever in these wanderings. Because then we recognize in you the flame, the inner fire.
âThen begins an interior dialogue between your soul, which has already recognized us, and us who are your servants, your companions on the way. At your side, ready to support you in the difficult passages, smiling at your stammerings as a child of light.
âIn your heart of hearts, ego of earth and soul of light manifest themselves to each other and show themselves in turn. There is no point in adjusting them with a master's hand, there is no point in wishing for their fruitful friendship. Their role is not to oust each other. Thus you grow, by making in you the union of your part of incarnated man and your part of brilliance of light. It is there, in the balanced axis between these two aspects of yourself, that you touch the new dimension that allows you to Over-Live (among earthly torments). Then your personality of light irrigates your being incarnated in matter for a happy birth: that of the new Man in you, an incarnated reflection of the Father Creator. »
The Texts agree on one essential point: deep within us, our eternal being slumbers; the one who came to incarnate on Earth, the time of a lifetime; who sometimes gives us advice. This marvelous part of ourselves binds us to other men and to God, in the same way that in the soil all the roots of all plants merge into mother earth.
Our soul is connected to all others and is one with God.

The human soul
_ _
ââ« What is the soul? We can replace this word with "inner being", "inner master", "little voice", "higher spirit"... The soul is the consciousness which persists throughout incarnations. It emanates from the Source. To learn and evolve, she chooses to have experiences in matter by incarnating in a human body.
âThe human personality, with its mind, its ego, its feelings, its emotions and its beliefs linked to its education and its environment, tends to move away from the soul and from what it truly expects. »
â
« See the soul as an eagle. It flies above your head. Its vision is 360°. It sees everything, anticipates, warns you of a future obstacle and would like to guide you. »
â« The human soul is a part of the great soul of the world, a spark of the divine spirit. Its mysterious emergence dates back to the origins of organized matter. She had to cross all the kingdoms of nature, the whole scale of beings while developing through innumerable existences. Blind force in the mineral, individualized in the plant, polarized in the sensitivity and instinct of animals, it tends towards consciousness.
âThe animic and spiritual element therefore exists in all the kingdoms, although only in the state of infinitesimal quantity in the lower kingdoms. »
 (Pythagoras (580-495 BC))
â« There is only one soul : the universal soul, which is, like life, an attribute of the Cosmic. Everything lives and everything has a soul from the cosmic point of view; it does not mean that everything has a consciousness. Plants experience an embryonic form of consciousness. Some plants "love" those who care for them. »
â« Not only are we connected to all beings and to God, but on a deeper level, we are God. »
( Anita Moorjani "Dying to be me" )
Anita Moorjani concludes her book with:
âI came back with the understanding (not just the belief) that heaven is truly a state and not a place, that our true home is within us and follows us wherever we go. »

â« (...) This divine being, this sublime friend, is in each of us; for God resides within every man, but few know how to find him. But here is the way to salvation. Once you have seen the perfect being who is above the world and within yourself, you will abandon the enemy who takes the form of desire.
âThe pleasures that the senses provide are the matrices of the pains to come. »
(Krishna)
â« Train your mind to become aware of the divinity that inhabits it, and above all, do not diminish yourself, but rather, do not miss an opportunity to glorify this divinity present within you. For your body is the Temple of the living God. Take care of it, and you'll better appreciate it. And so, you will realize that he is the place where you join his presence. »
â« To truly achieve wisdom on this Earth, we just need to let ourselves be the angels that we are deep down inside, and express it freely. Quite naturally, our noblest works will follow. »

â« You are kindness, mercy, compassion and understanding. You are peace, joy and light. You are forgiveness and patience, strength and courage, the one who helps in times of need, the one who comforts in times of sorrow, the one who heals in times of injury, the one who teaches in times of confusion. You are the deepest wisdom and the highest truth; the greatest peace and the greatest love. You are that. And at certain times in your life, you have known yourself as such.
âChoose now to always know yourself as such. »
â« To become an angel, it is not necessary to change, to become better or different. It is enough to recognize that we are already perfect and wonderful. Then just be ourselves. »

The Joyful Race to Slavery. âThe empire of advertising, fashion, novels, newspapers, 90% of conversations, are a poison that kills us, that kills you, by only ever telling us to live our own life. »
â« The soul of man is not concealed from him. It is suffocated by the pervasive personality of selfishness. The calls of God break against this rock carved in the form of an idol, which for each individual is the god he adores, after having baptized him with the name he himself bears. »
â« The satisfaction given by the ruthless domination of the ego reduces man to the rank of an animal. This feeling (this contentment to give in to the quest for pleasure) , natural in animals, is for man a degradation. »

The realization of our being
â« The purpose of our life during our passage on Earth, then after our death, in the various worlds of the beyond, is an increasingly complete realization of our being. »
« Every soul must become aware of itself little by little.
âIn evolution, the mineral becomes plant, the plant becomes animal and the animal will become human. This is the great chain of life. »
â« The important thing for you is to evolve in order to modify your vibrational state.
âThe Earth is a domain that allows the soul to modify its vibrations through more or less difficult life experiences. »
â« [at birth] your consciousness separated from your true Self. You became a manifestation, a created form. And as your consciousness moved into your body, you awakened in that body, that is, your consciousness became identified with it.
â(...) Your body is only the visible part of your true Self. The other half remains in the unmanifested part of your being. »
â« We have the choice to identify with our instincts or remain their masters. Only he is free who controls and masters his instincts and who does not become a slave to his passions, his desires, his desires.
â(...) Submitting the body to the mind is a teaching several thousand years old. »
â« The BEING must know how to exist outside the world. The SELF must be strong enough so that it can keep its balance independently of events external to itself. »
âMy Master sternly put me in my place when, imagining myself in "ethical heights", I dared to regard my "little self" with contempt.
ââYOUR GREATEST TREASURE IS THIS âLITTLE MEâ.
ââWHAT A MIRACLE THAT PERSON!
ââFOR ENDLESS TIMES IT HAS BEEN SHAPED

THE EDITOR.

âTo you, who for all these years have been running back and forth and searching earnestly in books, teachings, philosophies and religions.
âTo you whose Soul is exhausted, discouraged, and practically emptied of all hope.
âThere you are, tired and hungry soul, not knowing where or what to turn to.
âStudy and weigh these words carefully.
_ _
âRise and free yourself now and forever from the dictatorship of your personality, weighed down by its mind and its intellect, puffed up with pride and self-satisfaction.
âFor henceforth your mind must be your servant and the intellect your slave; if indeed My Word can penetrate the consciousness of your Soul.
â" I Am ", comes now to the consciousness of your Soul.
âNOW ! If you are strong enough to understand it;
âIf you can put aside all your personal dreams, your beliefs and your opinions.
âIf you are strong enough to cast them all away;
âMy Word will then become for you a source of endless Joy and Blessing.
âPrepare yourself, however, for your personality to question My Word as you read and along the way.
âFor, if you receive My Word in your heart and allow It to dwell there, its existence is threatened, and it knows that it will no longer be able to exist, prosper, or dominate your thoughts, your feelings, your present and your future as it did before.
âI have always been in you, but until now you did not have the ability to recognize it. »
â« Listen to your inner self. Hush⊠do you hear that? This sound you hear in your heart is you, the inner you speaking through your innermost feelings. Feelings that you often overlook and push away in ignorance of their source and the information they convey. These feelings come on the wings of angels and light up the path before you. Do not take them lightly and do not trample them with your decisions to go ever higher in your world of dreams. »
â« Through the ordeals that everyone goes through, a path of peace and wisdom opens up. It is this work within our consciences which shapes our lives and, later, our afterlife. »
ââ« What all religious or esoteric teachings call the way, is intended for those who are weary of error..
âThe path begins with a complete reversal of our way of seeing. When you have known enough rich, admired and unhappy men and women, you know that money and success do not bring happiness and that there must be "something" to understand and find.
âHappiness and misfortune alike are expressions of what we are, not the result of what we have.
âThe important thing is not to have but to be.
âThe sage is free from desire. He no longer sets what he likes against what he dislikes.
âBy contrast, the one who can only feel he is on condition of having is necessarily in competition with those who also covet to have what he desires. For him there is neither rest nor peace. To have does not only mean to have money or material goods, but all that is combined with this verb: to have knowledge, prestige, honors, original ideas, an ideal, an ideology, experiences, friends, admirers, everything that we can say "my", everything that can give the illusion of filling the inner void and the nullity of being. »
â« The way is a huge hospital where those who have recognized and accepted the fact of their illness meet. This disease is the disease of the ego, of individualism, which imprisons us in the duality of desires and refusals. »
ââ« You have to pull yourself out of the ground, separate yourself from the clay. Those who would not have attempted it during their human life will still find earth in heaven.
â(...) We must distill the "me". And this stripping is difficult because external realities, your earthly affairs, alter your serenity and affect you for a long time, like the wavelets on a constantly troubled lake. »
ââYou take to the road,
ââyou carry a golden ball, heavy.
ââYou carry it â though it is heavy â
ââBut you carry it nonetheless.
ââYou arrive at the border of a new country,
ââwhere no one believes in gold.
ââWhat's left? â Only its weight.
ââWhat should you do with it, my servant?
ââOpen your hand and the ball will roll down.
ââDropping the weight isn't difficult,
ââbut your fingers your fingers still tense up from the golden ball.
ââHow can you receive the new ball
ââif you cling to the old one?
ââWe know very well how difficult it is for you to let go of the weight,
ââbecause you are used to it.
ââThose who wear gold don't feel the weight of it because they believe in it so much.
ââOnce faith [in these things] is gone, only the weight remains.
â« And I can, from floor to floor, make you communicate with increasingly vast treasures. If you allow me to guide you to climb the highest mountain, I have treasures for you so hard to conquer that many renounce them in their ascent, because to build the new image, I steal from them the stones of other temples to which they hold. »
â« From certain states of mind will be born a life so rich, so full, so magnificent and so gratifying that you will not worry about material goods or success. »
â« Cast your burden on me and I will relieve you, said the master to the disciple.
âBut still it is necessary that the disciple agrees to discharge his burden. For a long time he clings to it with all his strength, he has become (he identified with) his burden. Because this burden has the trick of also presenting itself under fascinating aspects: success, pleasure, superiority over others, brilliant intelligence, love. People love me, I am loved. »

â« You must despise the judgments of the multitude because they prevent you from growing. They want you locked up in your provisions. Let them talk. Their advice comes from an heart that seeks the easy way that first wishes you happiness. »
â« ...And when you're told how you should feel and it contradicts how you really feel, you experience deep inner conflict. Those you will then consult will invite you to stop listening to your Self and will tell you that you will only find comfort in their theology, their definition of good and evil. To get approval you just have to agree. You will then receive instant approval. It is hard to resist, and if you choose to follow your personal truth you will be subject to ridicule: "who do you think you are?"
âBut that is precisely the question you are trying to answer. But this work can only be accomplished in great solitude. Without reward, without approval. So you ask the question: why continue? Why even embark on such a path?
âThe reason is ridiculously simple: THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO DO.
âThe only question is: will you do it consciously or unconsciously?
âBecause you don't have to ask yourself why embark on such a journey. You have already started it.
âFor most of your life, you lived the effects of your experiences (often negative effects that you didn't understand, and attributed them to God or bad luck). I invite you to be the cause. That is to say, I invite you to live your life consciously. You would no longer live your life as if it had no meaning, but knowing that it has the purpose you give it.
âAnd life will be for you not only easier, but more joyful. Your joys will be more and more available without the pain. This will be a very good sign for you. You will learn to love without pain, to let go without pain, to create without pain and even to cry without pain; yes, you will even be able to feel your pain without pain. »

âThis is how human beings run after the riches of the world. A world that they will all leave one day, with for all spiritual baggage, their souls sclerotized from having been locked up in a dungeon during their existence. »
â« Inner liberation is a state of total independence from the created universe. It must cause a split between you and the external world. If nothing in you depends on the outside world, all your sources will spring up in your inner life.
â(...) It is necessary to succeed in silencing in oneself all the concerns relating to the things of the earth. Always keep the highest part of your soul connected to the supernatural.
âWhat efforts for a thistle flower to take off! To detach itself, it must become a disc of silk lighter than air. Patiently, day after day, she destroys in her everything that is not aerial.
âWhen you succeed in separating your mind from your body, your immortal being will be born within you.
â« Man's consciousness allows him to rise very high in intuitive understanding. His intelligence, confined within the limits imposed by knowledge, cannot always follow. But from the deep harmony between an intelligence that recognizes its limits and an open consciousness, faith and confidence are born. »

âThe purification of the astral body can take place in this life by the inner work of the soul and a certain mode of existence; but it is accomplished for the majority of men only after death, and for those only who have aspired to justice and truth. »
ââ« It is not necessary, or even recommended, to wait until death to reflect on one's past. It is extremely important to take the time to review our thoughts, our feelings. A regular recapitulation of what we are experiencing contributes to our conscious evolution

ââ« A teacher cannot really give a pupil anything that he does not already possess, at least in a latent state; it can only guide him towards the awakening of dormant faculties.
âTruth and the higher life reside in every human being. The Spiritual science simply indicates a path, gives advice. Basically, everyone could find this path on their own, but perhaps only after many incarnations.
âIt is important to eradicate from oneself the superstition that one can arrive at higher knowledge by means of bizarre and mysterious processes. We must, on the contrary, take as our point of departure the feelings and thoughts
of daily life
, giving them only a new direction. The faculty of perceiving invisible things will then develop in ordinary life. »

âHowever, you should not devote all of your energy to this search. You have to live your life. Live! Build your life in the present. »
â« Every man carries within him, alongside his everyday personality, a superior man. This superior man remains hidden until he is awakened. And each one can only awaken this superior man within himself by his own efforts. As long as this higher man is not awakened, the possibilities of acquiring supersensible knowledge which sleeps in every man remain hidden.
â
This superior man (See chapter above"Our double") then becomes the inner master; one who with a sure hand directs the conduct of the outer man. As long as the latter led the boat, the inner man was his slave and obviously could not be strengthened. Because, as long as an intervention from outside can irritate me, I am not my master. I must develop in myself the ability to allow impressions from the outside world to come to me only in the way that I myself have determined.
â
The essential thing is not to achieve this mastery in a given time, but to strive for it with perseverance. »
â- And the men who devote themselves to the contemplative life, thinking only of God?
â« They don't do evil, but they don't do good either; they are therefore useless.
âHe who devotes himself entirely to meditation does nothing meritorious because his life is entirely personal, and God will call him to account for the good he has not done. »
â« What I am telling you is not done to separate you from the world, but on the contrary, to make the universe your own by penetrating the WHOLE. To go beyond the world is not to lose it, it is to reconquer it from above. »
ââ« Spiritual ascent is a solitary tragedy. It is necessary to insist on this word: "tragedy", because this ascent involves agony and self-destruction. »
â« The path of purification is hard to follow and steep to climb. One must free oneself from all passion in one's words and actions; it is also necessary to rise above the opposing forces of hate and love, disgust and attraction. »
â« You need the definitive turning point of renunciation to see the narrow and stony path unfold by which the soul arrives at the goal: unity with God, the return to the source of Love. »
ââ« Friends, you can't do without earthly heaviness. You have to cross it deeply, with all that that entails of illnesses, of psychological suffering. May the shadow around you be blessed, for from this vanquished shadow is born the force that draws your soul and all others into the clarity of light! »
â« I tell you: you have no right to avoid an effort only in the name of another effort, because you have to grow
What does it mean to evolve?
The birdâs reason for being is to fly.
Manâs reason for being is to elevate his soul;
by collecting, by reflecting the Love of the Universe.
To withdraw into what you accumulate is the complete opposite.
â« Wisdom is acquired very slowly, because intellectual knowledge, easy to acquire, must be transformed into "emotional" knowledge.
âPractice is essential to theory. »
â« Developing strength, courage and inner peace takes time. Don't expect quick results just because you've decided to change. Your will alone is not enough. It is each action that will make this decision effective.
âReal changes are never spectacular. »
âThroughout an ordeal that pulls up, the ego whines constantly.
â« The ascent to God includes successive purifications, daily sacrifices. Work that leads to the softening of the self, develops the subtle senses; which is the cross and the privileges of souls worked by God.
âThere is no peace for those who are on the spiritual path. The spiritual path is a Golgotha. »
â« Turn to your highest thought of yourself.
âThere are no limits to what you can become.
âWhen you have seen the differences between your current state and the one you want to reach, begin to (consciously) change your thoughts, words
and actions in order to adapt them to your most wonderful vision. When you say something that deviates from it, take note not to say anything like it again. When you do something that's not aligned with your best intention, decide it's for the last time.
âIt requires incredible mental effort, constant monitoring. This will involve you continually making a conscious choice. This process constitutes the transition to consciousness. You will find that you have spent half your life unconscious; that is, ignoring, on a conscious level, your choices of thoughts, words and actions, until you experience their consequences. You then deny any connection between them and your thoughts, words and actions. »
â« Becoming truly yourself sometimes requires you to die the life that society has chosen for you. To grow, we must constantly die and be reborn. »
 (Mwalimu Imara, Episcopal Priest)
â« The road ahead is still long and difficult. I will have to annihilate myself completely. »
ââ« Some spirits remain attached to matter. Their low vibrations keep them close to the realm of the living. They havenât âcrossed over.â Some are malevolent spirits, others are wandering spirits, and still others are ghosts.
Wandering spirits
âare in transition between our material world and the afterlife. They usually remain among us only briefly, yet this state can last for centuries. Indeed, a wandering spirit retains free will ( as well as his personality and inclinations
) , and it is up to it alone to make the crossing »
â« During your existence you can rise up to us. When the doors open you have to face the evil, that dense part of the Spirit which is also part of yourself. This is the initiatory period. In the process you carry the spirit (See chapter above"Our double"
) who is in you, and who is purified with you. »
â« I have discovered that those who give much of themselves must especially preserve themselves and maintain confidence in life, because negative entities often take pleasure in sowing discord in any constructive work. »
â« You influence the level of your nearby entities. If you try to progress, to open up, you are alerting more and more evolved levels of Spirit. But before being ready to come to your aid, they test your strength. This is "initiation", a period of intense difficulty. »
ââ« â The evil we haven't fully corrected in ourselves, we know by our present tendencies; it is on these that we must focus all our attention. »
â« Everyone can guess what he came to accomplish or complete. When a man cannot correct one of his faults, it is probably to correct it that he has returned to this world. In the same way man must follow the studies towards which he feels naturally attracted. »
â« The Spirit seeks trials analogous to those through which it has passed. The Spirit given to him as a guide seeks to make him repair his faults by giving him a kind of intuition of those he has committed, like certain desires for violence. The Spirit, if it resists, rises. »
Karma is a Sanskrit word for fate. It is sometimes evoked during dramas that seem incomprehensible and unfair, but it can manifest itself in pleasant events. We can say that it tends to restore a balance.
There is no bad karma. Everything that happens to us is fundamentally good, because karma has only one goal: to awaken, to raise our consciousness.

â« It is great justice to warn man: you will reap what you have sown. No one inflicts punishment on you, no one condemns you, but you sew your own shroud according to the meaning you give to your life. For the responsible man there will be no "day of (self-) judgment", because it is from day to day that he judges himself. »
following..., imprints of the past that we must overcome.
âOur negative habits â hatred, anger, envy â have followed us from life to life, since the dawn of time. Their roots are deep. »
âThe Devil takes on only the most pleasant aspects of your life: hobbies, cars, success, love of objects. But he doesn't offer them to you, he pushes you towards them using your inclinations. »
âI wanted to expiate my pride by being born in a servile condition.
â-â
How were you able to become aware of flaws brought to light on the other plane? Did you have any intuition of the cause which impelled you to carry out the resolutions which you had taken there?
â- I never had a warning from my conscience, but when I heard these words:
"Don't do to others what you wouldn't like to be done to you."
I was struck by the morality contained in these few words, and very often I added these:
â"On the contrary, do to them what you would like done to you."
â
- But how could you take advantage of this ordeal, since you had no memory of the cause which had motivated it?
â- I still had an instinct of pride that I was happy to be able to master, which made the ordeal
(to serve as a valet)
beneficial to me.
âIn its moments of freedom, my Spirit remembered and I woke up left with an intuitive desire to resist my tendencies that I felt were wrong. I had more merit in struggling like this than if I had clearly remembered the past.
â« Our personality changes according to our will. You have to know how to remerge yourself in the memory of what you have been, to look in your ego if you have been able to develop in yourself the opposite of your faults. »
(R. Terral-Meyer, 'Lettres de lâinvisible')
Contributions by Rosine Terral-Meyer on the theme of:The WAY, LIFE, Suffering or DEATH
ââ« There must be a balance between our earthly and heavenly involvement.
âI discover a new balance, in which to escape from the spirit by despising the matter is as wrong as to cling to the matter by denying the spirit. It is important, essential, to fully live the life of the body as well as the life of the spirit. »
â« The first objective of the disciple is to seek balance, this meeting point between the material and the mysticism, the physical and the spiritual.
âWe find this notion of balance between the need for theory and practice, reading and experience, discussion and contemplation. »
â« As we are divine and spiritual, we overflow with the desire to do good. Our earthly self nevertheless remains in constant opposition to our soul. Our spiritual bodies
ââ« The spiritual body is the exact replica of the physical body, because it develops in symbiosis, first in the embryo, then in the child, then the adolescent.
â(...) At our death, while the physical body will crumble into dust, our spiritual body will continue its existence. Despite its somewhat ethereal appearance in photographs, the soul is not something totally immaterial. It retains a certain consistency. »

â« Human beings must simultaneously use their intellect and their intuition. Only the balance between these two forces will make him a being in constant progression. »
â« The man who listens exclusively to God, who gives himself up to the influence of the Spirit, is dependent, he cannot take on responsibility. Moreover it can be the plaything of harmful influences.
âConversely, he who only hears his own voice is deaf, blind, dangerous. »
â« It is in the offering of your beings, in your deep intimacy, that the Alliance between your incarnation and the Source is manifested. It is between this clay which constitutes you and this light which animates you, that the key is found. »
We need to achieve "love our neighbor as ourselves", so all we need to do is observe our dispositions toward others

â« As soon as the creature seeks God, it wants to be filled with graces, delivered and perfect. Pity for these simple ones! The ascent to God is tough, it is within your being a childbirth.

ââIf your burden seems light to you, ââyou are on the way.
ââIt just depends on you.
Leading a good life, doing good doesn't have to require effort.
Our actions must flow from our state of mind
â« Mysticism is accessible to many, it does not require an abnormal life away from the demands of society. On the contrary, it implies an existence as total as possible.
âNo one should adopt a more advanced way of life, even if he knows that this way of life is closer to the truth, if he does not have the absolute inner conviction, the certainty born of understanding, that he will thus act in a manner perfectly conformable to genuine cosmic principles. Otherwise, the deep strength and the unshakable inner power are lacking and the mind, not yet mastered, will react with doubt and remorse. »
â« The action that one accomplishes with an inferior state of mind engenders tension and lies, and sooner or later leads to decay (â« One cannot remain on tiptoe for long,â says the Tao). Better to cook with the soul of a saint than to act like a saint with the soul of a cook. The secret to perfection is perhaps in the smallest thing done with the greatest love. »
(Gustave Thibon, of the French Academy)

â« (...) It's up to each and every one of us to adopt these principles. They must fit us like tailor-made clothes, otherwise there will be endless contradictions. »
â« To embark on a spiritual path without dominating our thoughts and our emotions of hatred, aggression, lust, engenders much greater suffering in oneself and around us. »
« The angels speak of "purifying the air around you", but any purification of our thoughts and actions must come only from our desire, our good will. Let's not force ourselves to take actions that make us feel like we're "denying" ourselves. Only undertake those for which we feel ready.
 »
â« We are not asking you to try to be a saint on Earth, but to watch the words, the ideas that you speak to yourself. Any thought based on fear, jealousy, resentment⊠blackens your aura like thick smoke. »
â« Helping is going towards those to whom you believe you can be useful, if you have a little more vision than them. But one cannot hasten the mental development of a being, just as one cannot open the bud of a flower so that it blossoms more quickly. »
(Marie-Louise Morton, medium)
â« The path begins with a work of transformation carried out on oneself. Only then is it possible to help others.
âAll inner transformation takes place over the long term. Patience allows you to accept the slowness of this process. »
