Here I've compiled a few simple methods that have allowed my wife, our five children, and me to protect ourselves, relieve our symptoms, and treat ourselves, while avoiding, whenever possible, anti-inflammatories, painkillers, antibiotics, and the like.

It must be controlled and possibly limited, but it should not be systematically fought, even with a child, because it is one of the body's essential defense mechanisms against illness. Fever has two effects:

How to consume it and at what dose?
